Hybrid Program:
4 & 8 week program

Hybrid Program is half online and half in person. If you would like to be able to learn how to workout on your own with the guidance with one of our trainers, this program is for you!

4 week program includes: 2x 50 mins in person training sessions.

8 week program includes: 4x 50 mins in person training sessions.

Can be either zoom private sessions or in person sessions at C. Athletics Fitness Studio located in Rowland Heights, CA.
