This program is for you:
Are confused with what you eat and want to learn how to make more balanced meals.
Are always looking for a new diet and is an inner “foodie”
Don’t understand your metabolism and want to learn more about your body functions.
Want to build structure in where to start.
What’s Included:
Phase 1 : 4 weeks of learning about food, weight, what foods to choose.
You will learn how to reset your body and stop trying to find the next diet. You will learn about your metabolism with setting goals each week and worksheets for you to do.
Phase 2: 4 weeks of Nutrition 101 Basics
You will learn how to eat for YOU! You will learn how to eat when you are order out/ at restaurants/ and learning efficient ways to prep your meals. Nutrition Topics: food labels, macronutrients, grocery shopping, and diet myths.
Phase 3: 4 weeks of workout building
You will learn how to design your OWN workout program. You will learn the basic foundation of workouts, stretches, mobility, and cardio.
