Dijon Mustard Dressing

A light Dijon mustard dressing perfect to go with a summer salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar (or white)

  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon agave (or maple syrup)

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1 Tablespoon balsalmic vinegar

  • 6 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, agave, and salt.

  2. Whisk in olive oil 1 Tablespoon at a time until creamy emulsion forms. Store in refridgerator, in sealed jar ( keep for 1-2 weeks).
