Dijon Mustard Dressing
A light Dijon mustard dressing perfect to go with a summer salad.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar (or white)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon agave (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon balsalmic vinegar
- 6 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, agave, and salt.
- Whisk in olive oil 1 Tablespoon at a time until creamy emulsion forms. Store in refridgerator, in sealed jar ( keep for 1-2 weeks).
